In it’s endeavours to find a more clinically suitable, 4x4 ambulance platform, NSW Ambulance is trialing the Enduraco Hiace 4x4 variant.

Amtek has created a new ambulance layout for this vehicle that maximises storage but maintains a working environment similar to a standard Sprinter ambulance. With the layout, Amtek had to "think different”, as the creator of Apple once said. The vehicles are now out in the field being put through their paces.
